Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Apparel Factory®, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because of this fast processing workflow, order cancellations are subject to the following terms.
Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has entered the processing or fulfillment stage.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our support team with your order number and purchase details.
Once an order has begun processing or has been prepared for shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Rush Order Processing
Orders placed with Rush Order Processing are prioritized for immediate preparation.
Due to expedited handling, rush orders cannot be canceled once the order preparation has started.
Any rush processing fee applied to the order is non-refundable once processing has begun.
Orders Already Shipped
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customers may refer to our Return Policy for instructions regarding eligible returns once the order has been delivered.
Wholesale or Bulk Orders
For large or wholesale purchases, cancellation eligibility may be limited once order preparation has started due to inventory allocation and fulfillment scheduling.
In certain cases, a restocking or administrative fee may apply to approved cancellations.
Order Modification
If you need to modify items, quantities, or shipping details, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before the order enters the fulfillment process.
