Shipping Policy

At Apparel Factory®, we partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. Please review the following shipping terms before placing an order.


Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping and pickup options depending on your location and preference such as USPS, UPS & On-Call Pickup (Local Pickup Option).

Shipping availability may vary based on order size, destination, and carrier service areas.


Standard Order Processing

Most in-stock and credit-approved orders placed on the Apparel Factory® website are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Estimated Timelines

  • Order Processing Time: 1–4 business days

  • Shipping Transit Time: 2–10 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–15 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volumes.


Rush Order Processing

If you require faster preparation of your order, we offer a Rush Order Processing option.

  • A $20 rush processing fee will be applied to prioritize the preparation of your order.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will be prepared by the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be considered received on the next business day and prepared on the following business day.

  • Rush processing prioritizes order preparation only and does not affect shipping carrier transit times.

Delivery timelines will still depend on the shipping carrier or pickup option selected at checkout.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery destination, package weight and size and selected shipping method.

To estimate shipping costs:

  1. Add items to your shopping cart

  2. Enter your shipping address

  3. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status directly through the shipping carrier.


Shipping Address Verification

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Apparel Factory® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. However, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you if an address issue is identified before shipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to address errors.


Local Order Pickup

Customers located in the Los Angeles area may choose to pick up their orders from our sales office.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order preparation before pickup.

Our team will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.



Delivered but Not Received

If a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, customers should:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  2. Verify the delivery location shown in the tracking information.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a delivery trace.

Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, Apparel Factory® cannot guarantee replacement or refund. However, we will assist customers in opening a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.

Customers may be asked to provide photos of damaged packaging or products, order number and shipping details.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Carrier Delays

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • High seasonal shipping volumes

  • Operational delays with the carrier

Apparel Factory® is not responsible for carrier-related delivery delays once the package has been shipped.


Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

In such events, delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.


Order Refusal or Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect:

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Unauthorized payment activity

  • Incomplete or unverifiable billing or shipping information

Customers will be notified if an order is canceled and any authorized payment will be refunded accordingly.
