Return & Refund Policy

At Apparel Factory®, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If your return request is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
  • Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

We may request the following:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. We recommend recording clear photos and a video while unboxing the package to document its condition and contents. This documentation may be required for claims related to damage, defects, or missing items.

Failure to provide photo and video evidence during the unboxing process may affect the eligibility of such claims.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Special order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Decorated or printed garments
  • Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, the fastest method is:

  • Request a return for the original item
  • Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item

This helps ensure product availability and faster fulfillment.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Important Return Conditions

Apparel Factory® reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
  • Charge a restocking fee for excessive or abnormal returns where applicable
  • Deny refunds for items returned in unsellable condition
